Information Stored on Your Device

The application stores local workflow data on your device. This includes in-progress draft inputs, saved estimates, saved variants or scenarios, local preferences such as theme and display settings, and any local export history labels you may create.

This local content is stored within the application's storage area on your device. It is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow.

User-Initiated Export and Sharing

The app allows you to export, copy, or share your locally generated summaries through Android system actions such as the share sheet or email client. These actions occur only when you choose to initiate them.

When you export a summary, the exported file includes the indicative-only disclaimer and remains wherever you choose to save or share it. The app does not send this content anywhere automatically.

External Services

From within the app, you may choose to open external Android services such as a web browser, email client, or maps application. These services operate under their own privacy practices, and the app does not control how they handle information you provide to them.

What the App Does Not Include

The app does not require login or account registration, does not include payment processing or subscription functionality, and does not provide monetisation features.

Because the app does not use an account system, there is no cloud synchronisation or backend storage for your local content. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Use and Limitations

The outputs of this app are based on the information you enter and are intended as indicative planning estimates only. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, insurance, or regulatory advice, and they do not constitute certification or regulatory clearance.

Exported summaries are user-controlled and are not sent automatically to any party.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear local app data through Android settings, or uninstall the application. The app provides controls to delete individual estimates and to clear all local data.

Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them, and you are responsible for managing those copies.

Security

Local app content is kept within the application's own storage on your device and is not held on company servers.

The security of your device is your responsibility. Use a screen lock or other device security measures you have configured to protect access to the app.

Your Rights (UK and EEA)

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to restrict processing, where applicable under law.

Because the app does not automatically transmit local content to the developer, most of your data can be managed directly on your device or by uninstalling the application.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13.

The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or address the situation.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this policy reflects the last revision. Changes will take effect when the revised policy is made available in the app.
